Withdrawal Policy

• 75% credit if notified in writing 30+ days before the event.

• 50% credit if notified 5 days before the event due to injury or family emergency.

• No credits within 4 days of the event or after the event.

• Valid for 1 year. Note: you must re-register the following year. 

No Refunds or Transfers

• No cash refunds

• No transfers to another participant or event

• No selling of entries

Pregnancy Exception

• Pregnant participants are eligible to receive 100% race credit, valid for 2 years from the date of contact.

Final Notes

Event costs begin early in the planning process. This policy helps us balance flexibility for runners with keeping entry fees affordable and race quality high.
